What is Neem?
The neem tree grows all over Pakistan. Its leaves and seed oil are used in soaps, shampoos and traditional remedies. Neem oil itself has a very strong smell, so neem leaf extract in a shampoo is easier to use.

What does the research say?

How do you use Neem on hair?

- Leave it on for 2–3 minutes, then rinse.
- Use 3–4 times a week until flakes settle, then twice a week.
Who should be careful?
