Can I return a product?

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened oils or shampoos.

What if my item arrived damaged or wrong?

Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge.

How do I start a return?

1. Message us on WhatsApp (+92-342-2888849) with your order number.
2. We share the return address or arrange a courier pickup.
3. Refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5 working days of receiving the item.
